Worldwide I guess you could add Oxford and Cambridge, Moscow State University, Goetingen in Germany, Ecole Normale Superieure and Ecole Polytechnique in France, and perhaps Tokyo University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. But all this is mere speculation.
