how do you prove that in a triangle, the greater angle has the greater side opposite to it? i know how to prove that the greater side has the greater angle opposite to it, but can someone please tell me the converse of this theorum?

From my (limited) understanding of string theory it seems as though it's reliant on ideas such as multiple universes which are outside of what we can evidentially prove. Is this the case? And, if so how can we ever be sure that these ideeas are a true reflection of reality?
