Thank you for the question,
I can say...it depends actually, if talking with friends is for some limited time or u have done some of ur work and wanna rest after that it may prove useful too as ur mind and body needs relaxation as well.But leaving ur other tasks and just involved in talking with friends is definately waste of time .i wd like to advice that talk with your friends with limited time and try to do some healty conversation too so that you can gain something while gossiping too.

It all depends upon how *much* time you spend with your friends as opposed to how much time you spend with other things that are also important to you.

Like everything else in life, time management is a 'balancing act'. But only *you* can determine what percentage of your time gets spent (or should get spent) doing what.

no. not really but if ur going 2 spend all ur time doing that, then it is a waste of time.
