Is energy a process that can only be used,hence ist not a conversion but a squeezing out Process. Just like when you squeeze water out of a sponge?

Doesnt energy always come out to be in the same form which is=
kg x meter^2/seconds^2 no matter where and how you cut it from?

Energy is being converted to another form everyday. Potential energy of water in dams is converted to electrical energy. Chemical energy is converted to electricity in batteries. Burning of wood creates heat energy. Mass is also converted to energy as predicted by E=mc2 in nuclear reactors.
