correct answer
m^2 - 3 + m - 7m + 12
m^2 - 6m + 9
m^2 - 3m - 3m +9
m(m - 3) - 3(m - 3)
(m - 3) (m - 3)
(m - 3)^2

why not
m^2 - 3 + m - 7m + 12
m^2 + 9 - 6m
m^2 + 9 - 3m - 3m
m^2 - 3m + 9 - 3m
m(m - 3) + 3(3 - m)
(m + 3) (m-3)
m^2 3^2

He will think of a natural number, and you can have one guess at it each day. (Once he has thought of his number, he will never change it.) If you guess it, he'll let you out. Will you get out? (Remember - you have eternity...) Explain.

I was looking out my window and out there was an animal that looked like a giant, really fat, white rat. It's tail was long, gray and just like the kind a rat would have. Its face was long and its belly dragged on the ground. I know it wasn't a rat, since for its size it resembled a small dog. What was it?

The tree in my front yard came down this summer and I need to plant a new to block the sun from my house. I would like a decidious tree that is hardy. I would also like something a little different - unusual. I have alergies so please keep that in mind. We also need something that is not to sappy since we have several small kids and animals that track everything into the house.
