Since we still have not found world peace, I think its a little presumptious, to even discuss living on another planet. Would like to know what some of your thoughts on this would be.

Quantum theory says that at the interaction of the electron
with the vacuum, the energy and mass of it become infinite.
How can electron escape its infinity?
Pleas, remember, electron not a professional mathematician.
It maybe a particle, maybe a wave.

I'm purely after opinion here as a few of my inlaws have been hounding me over this for a week. I'm of the opinion that it is not infinite, and their very argument for the opposite is that they can't conceive a finite universe. As if the universe really caters to a couple of old folks' capacity to visualize. what do you think and why?

what i realized was this......i am not intelegent eneough to understand what i know but this may give people who are, a bit of a clue.,something of an ultimate LAW OF THE UNIVERSE........an object of ultemate density is in fact an object of ultimate absence of the very essence or ether or dark matter of the universe thus making the chain reaction that we call time impossible because the are no further "balls to bang into" iwould allso like to say that as well as matter and energy being the same thing it would seam to me that empty space is allso, now that we have established that empty space as a value to us like a fish plucked out of a pond would say that its still allive but not liking it ......what about this for a cat among the pigions....matter , energy empty space,.....the son the father the holy ghost ...ha ha ha only joking????????

The fact that 2 was once not viewed as a prime number was described in the German book. Tropfke, J. Geschichte der Elementar-Mathematik, Band 1. Berlin, Germany: p. 96, 1921. Can any one provide a few English translations of sentences from that book that explains how was 2 not viewed as a prime in the past?
Can any one provide another source for the fact that 2 was once not a prime?

Throughout history, nature has been the biggest barrier towards the development of mankind, but can technology overpass it? Can Physics, Aerodynamics, Laws of matter, Gravity, and all of nature be subdued be the willingness and determination of the human race? Is levitation, act of disappearing, bending/expanding matter, and other un-earthly, paranormal activities actually possible?
