I am allowed an archaeopteryx? I think it really blurs the lines between bird and dinosaur, and for that reason it's cool... I think most paleontologists would say it is a dinosaur, rather than the first bird.

Otherwise a compsognathus (small chicken sized theropod) - they're cool. I'd love to be able to have one as a pet!

Godzilla. He is bigger than any other dinosaur and breethes fire. He burns the other competators up! He's also the good-guy, never daring to eat any animal(how does he stay healthy).

Triceratops.

He's distinctive. He is equipped for both offense and defense. He is not big and slow. He is not tiny and weak. He is hefty but he can run fast. And he looks very cool.
