Please explain to me when you see the orbital pass of the shuttle or a satellite plotted on a world map it shows the path around the earth as a series of loops across the equater. it loops to a certain point south and then loops back to the same distance north. Is this due the earth's rotation?

Would the jumping simultaneously in one spot make the earth's rotation just a split second faster since no one was touching the ground> Or would it make it slower since we would all come down and stomp at the same time as well? Its a physics question, and I learned it in college physics, but I have since forgotten... thoughts? p=mv

external fuel tank? This just sounds like a bad idea, and I'm not even an engineer. (Perhaps some will point out that that's the problem with my thinking.) : ) Someone please explain this to me.

I recently learned about string theory in class, and i was just wondering about a thing or two. If the so-called "strings" are massless, then where do they get the energy to vibrate, stretch, and expand in space? i thought e=mc^2?

We know, from school propaganda, that we have the FIVE senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell.

But we also have internal senses, don't we?

I'll list a few--kinesthetics and proprioception [how you can know that you are wiggling your fingers behind your head]

balance, orientation, and gravity and weight

hunger and satiety

horniness and orgaqsmic satisfaction

etc.--but I'd like to hear from the entire Planet, about how many internal senses you have found,
and what they are and tell you.....
