they differ, dependent on brand and other factors... go take a ruler and measure it.. or go to a website that sells high end scientific products, and look up microscopes and get the Specs on it...
What is the body tube by the way? do u mean neck? or do u mean ocular piece?

There are different standards for different makers. Nikon used 160mm for a long time and also 210mm.
