Actually the turbines are kept cool through the use of cooling flows. A portion of the compressor exit flow is used to dilute the flow around the flame in the hot section. This reduces the the combustor exit temperature. Then another portion of the compressor flow is used to cool the first stage of turbine. Basically compressor air that is not used in the combustor is tapped and mixed with the burned air. This results in a slight reduction in efficiency, but it's better than melting the turbine blades.

The materailas used in a gas turbine could suffer a definite temperature and there temperature should not become more than that . So cooling systems like ciculatig water or oil could be used ,like water circulating mechanism in a conventional car .

Fuel pumping into the engine is limited by temperature control. Safety systems shut the turbine down if excessive temperatures are reached.

Coolants, mainly.

Systems that generate potentially destructive heat have to have something that takes away the excess. Motor oil and antifreeze do that for your car, and tons of water do that for a nuclear reactor.
