A redox reaction question - please help!?

If copper turnings are boiled in concentrated sulphuric acid then transferred to water the colour of the solution goes blue. I'm trying to write the redox equation but i'm stuck as to what gets reduced. Am i right in saying the Cu is oxidised to Cu2+ ? If so is it the H that is reduced? Thanks in advance...

Can you get a flat tire from running over broken SAFETY Glass like from a broken car window after an accident?

My car window was broken, when the guy came out to fix it, there was glass left on the ground. I said won't cars get flats from that, and he said "Can't get a flat from that kind of glass, it just shatters even more" Sounds to me like he was just being too lazy to sweep the ground.

some christians dont beleave in the devil,is he real?

like i said,i have had a survay of how many christians beleave in the devil and come to find out not many people do.can he really control us?what does he look like?i know you cant exactly know but i want your opinion.i just want to know what other people think of the devil.i mean come on,some stories about the devil and god are just as bizare as the greek and roman gods!and where does he live?he cant live in the ground.scientist proved that!is he just in our mind.do our minds stay atlert and so we think we're in hell?there are many diffrent opinions and i want to hear yours!if you really think about some things we were raised around don't make sense!my parents say i shouldn't think because i really get into it.it wasn't my fault i asked my preacher this and he hates me now!well what do you think?
