That looks like a combination of the words Spain and Portugal to me.

These two countries are next to each other and speak a very similar language.

They share the same land mass known as the Iberian Peninsula, which is the area of south-west Europe below the Pyrenees mountains that separate France from Spain.

So the term Sportugal would, to me, mean the Iberian peninsula.
