Does anyone know how a spa will affect my chances of conceiving if I am ovulating at the time?

Like, please describe the way the blood should like. I've been TTC and I think I finally have succeeded but I need to know what spotting should look like.
Also, how soon can you start to spot after conceiving?
Anything else involved?

Thanks :)

I have seen a few times in American films people who are in a hurry to get married rushing round to get blood tests done. Why.

My husband and I were told we may not be able to have any more children, and I have not had a period in about a year so could that have something to do with it and could give me a false positive? My husband and I are thinking about having a child - are there tests that should be done before we conceive? Can they determine from tests if we are likely to pass something to a child through the combination of our genes?

My period has always lasted a full 6-7 days and been somewhat heavy. I stopped my birth control pills in Sept. 2006, and since then my period has only lasted about 3 days and been very light - I only need to wear pantyliners through the whole period! My husband and I are trying to conceive with no luck yet. Do the light periods affect my chances of getting pregnant?
Thanks!

Hi everyone, My husband is turning 24 on Monday the Feb. 26 and I barely turned 20 on Jan.; I go to work and go to college and he only works at this moment, because of the 12 hour shift at work he wouldn't be able to handle work and school at the same time. Well to the point, he has been bugging me about wanting a baby, but i think we are not ready yet. I would like to finish college first and then have the baby, but he wants it. We have been married a little over a year already. What do you think? Should I or Should I just wait until i finish college next year? I will really appreciate your help, Thanks!

Hi there, I'm 30 yrs old and ttc for 9 months. My doctor suspects a luteal phase defect and has given me femara to try to correct the problem. He has also run a sonogram to check my uterine lining which showed no problems, he also found a cyst on my left side which may or may not be functional. No more tests have been run at this time since it's only been 9 months. Has anybody tried femara? If so, have you had any results? I have heard that femara has less side effects than clomid so I am feeling optimistic.

I been having sex every 2 days for four weeks. Can anyone help me figure this out? Could I be ovulating at all during my cycle?

1- I'm about 5 weeks pg. now... The only symptom I have is a pulling sensation that comes and goes (& is very annoying). Should I have more symptoms? 2- The nurse at my doctor's office said she has to schedule me for a sonogram. Isn't it a bit early for that?

Has anyone taken this? I haven't had my period since I got of the pill in the end of December. My doctor prescribed Prometrium and told me to take it for seven days. Then I will go in for some blood tests and continue taking it for a while. Since I'm only taking it for seven days each month...will this actually help my chances of conceiving? Or is this just going to be a looong and disappointing road ahead for me?

I do not know if I am pregnant or not. We are trying. My problem is that I had the flu Valentine's Day. (I assume it was the flu.) Anyway, I continue to get waves of nausea. Certain smells trigger it and sometimes I don't know why it happens. I know I shouldn't get my hopes up, but how soon does nausea appear if you are pregnant?

Hello. I had a miscarriage at about 5 weeks early this month. Is this classed as a chemical pregnancy? I had two positive digitals and a lot of very faint positives.

I was told as it was so early there is no harm in starting to try to conceive now. I should be ovulating around about now. January was my first month trying to conceive so when I miscarried it was a shock.

I'm now terrified it will happen again. I think that when I (hopefully) get pregnant I will be so terrified that it wont help. Someone told me today that it is not uncommon for first time pregnancies to end in miscarriage as it is your body warming up. Is this true?

I'm so scared. Does anyone have any personal experience with this?

Thank you for any helpful replies and if any of you find my question annoying etc then don't reply. Save your time for something productive.

I've been taking a medicine regimen of Clomid, estrogen and progerterone suppositories for the past 6 months and have yet to become pregnant. This month I ovulated earlier than usual (day 13 instead of 16 or 17) and about ten days after my ovulation shift I noticed a second higher shift in temperatures. My normal luteal phase has never been over 16 days in length, and now I'm on day 21 with high temps still and no period/spotting/nothing. I'm terrified to take a pregnancy test and have it come out negative. I just don't think I could take the disappointment.
