I do not know if I am pregnant or not. We are trying. My problem is that I had the flu Valentine's Day. (I assume it was the flu.) Anyway, I continue to get waves of nausea. Certain smells trigger it and sometimes I don't know why it happens. I know I shouldn't get my hopes up, but how soon does nausea appear if you are pregnant?

My period is scheduled for Sunday so I will know soon enough. I was mainly just getting curious and getting my hope high when I shouldn't. :)

If you havent missed a period yet then your not going to get morning sickness yet. Morning sickness is only a first symtom in the movies. I started getting morning sickness at 9 weeks.

I got nausea around about 10 weeks and kept it until i was about 5 or 6 months. Every woman experiences the signs of pregnancy at different times. If you don't get you period on time i would definitely get a test. My best friend thought she had food poisoning and she found out she was just pregnant so everyone reacts different. Good Luck:)

I have heard that you can get nausea as soon as implantation occurs. This is usually 6-8 days after conception. (usually a week before your period is due) Now, this is ONLY if you ovualte on a normal schedule. Some women ovualte early so if you got pregnant earlier in your cycle then you could be getting symptoms earlier. Good Luck!

Don't get your hopes up, just in case... you don't want to be disappointed. Just tell yourself that if you aren't pregnant, then you have all the more reason to keep having fun ! (wink, nudge, hint...) I experienced my mornig sicness immediately wth both of my kids and being as unlucky as I am, the morning sickness reained until the day I delivered...both times!

You can get tested at the doctor or you can check if it is a small virus from the flu you had last week. You can cure the virus by gingerale and alot of resting.

mine appeared right away. I got it throughout my first trimester. Is your period due anytime or is it past due? Answering this questions could determine whether you are pregnant or not. If it does you may have nausea from your pregnancy.

I remember smelling everything more intensely, which starts very early and can make you very nauseous. This started at around 4 weeks, but I started actually vomiting at around 6 weeks.
