The standard answer would be that you ovualte 14 days after the first day of your period and you start your next period 14 days after that. If you ant to start tracking your ovualtion there are a few different ways you can do it. You can track Basal body temp (BBT) you will need to purchase a BBT thermometer (at any drug store) read the directions and it will tell you and should include a chart. You can use ovulation predictor kits (OPK) these can also be bought at any drug store in the isle with pregnancy tests. These usually come with 7 stick and you start taking them on the 11th day after your period starts. This will tell you when you have a hormone surge. You will ovualte 24-48 hours after a positive. The last suggestion I hvae for you is a saliva monitor. You put saliva on the lens and when it dries you look for a ferning pattern. Remember, you are most fertile 48 hours before and 24 hours after ovualtion so it is important to know when your fertile days are. Good Luck

It really depends on your period. If you period is regular and it is a 28 day cycle then you are most likely ovulating around the 13 to the 14th day after you started your period. If you have a 30 day cycle then you most likely are 14th to 16th day after starting. Just have sex every other day from the time you quit having a period. That way it gives the man time to build up the sperm and that gives you a really good chance of it being in there when you ovulate. Hang in there and you will get pregnant but just have fun while trying

There are ovulation kits that you can buy (they can be quite costly). If you have a normal 28 day cycle then you normally ovulate on day 14 (day one is the first day of your period). Some people feel a pain a bit like a period pain but not as painful and the mucus in your vagina becomes sticky. Visit www.babyzone.co.uk where you can set up a chart of your cylces and it can tell you when you are most likely to ovulate.

You can do it by taking your temperature every day, thats one method, but youd need to figure out the normal temp etc to be accurate.
