Trying to Conceive - August 2006

I'm taking a medicine to lower my hormones. Will I be more fertile by taking the medicine or will it make me normal like everybody else? Also my boyfriend does not ejaculate inside of me he pulls out, will that make it more difficult to get pregnant?

my hubby had one 20 yrs ago, the doc told him it was reversable. the doc said he tells that to all guys cause there's enough kids out there already. We tried a couple years after the 'cut' and that was what his doc told us. I want to have another child so bad, and it sometimes depresses me to think no more kids. We tried adoption twice, both times it was a disaster with the agencies, and we so loved the kids we had briefly. I can't take that again.

My husband and I have been ttc for 5 months now and I took my first round of Clomid (50 mg days 3-7) this month. On cycle day 20 (Tuesday) I went in and had blood work to test my progesterone levels. I got my results this morning and it was 18.7 and they said that's good. I was wondering what that means more specifically. I have an appt. with my dr. next Tues. and we will discuss it more in depth then but I was curious now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This question is not just for fun but when I do decide to concive it would be neat! I always heared roomers that having doggie style sex gves you boys and flat sex girls how true is this ? Also if I have sex back to back I can get to sperms in and have twins ? I would like twins do u know anything about these roomers ? is there any truth to this ! Ok to any one who had a miscarriage (are any one who knows) I had a miscarriage in June I have hade 2 periods sence. the 1st one I couldn't even where a tampon it hurt soooo bad. But I didn't bleed to heavy the pain was the only thing different. Well the 2nd one (which started yesterday) I haven't even tryed the tampon and it hurt just like a regular period for me which is bad but controllable (just feels like my right side hurts a little more. Very sharp pains every now and then). But im lossing clots not too big but big enough where I got to change the pad every 1 to 2 hours. My ? is, is this normal for the months following miscarrage or what do you think.

i was supposed to get my period on the 7th of august...i've been ttc...instead i just got brown spotting/cramps.

i don't feel pregnant but i've been getting nauseous every day and extremely tired.

i think i'm just 5 days past ovulation, (and getting slight cramps) but i don't feel pregnant.

is it okay if i just hold my pee in all day (haha) and then take a hpt later tonight, just to make sure? (so my urine is more concentrated)

advice needed! thanks!

My cycle is 33 days long, today is 23. I'm pretty sure I ovulated on Monday, today I started spotting a light brownish discharge along with mild period like cramping. I've never spotted mid cycle before and I am trying to conceive. My sister had implantation bleeding but I didn't with my 7 year old. This spotting/cramping has been going on all day.Not enough for a pad, just maybe a liner. Has anyone had something like this? Opinions would be great!

from 1989-1991 my live in lover, roommate, landlady, friend,
wife for 2 months, had 3 sessions that lasted five days each.
little mini-breaks. they were 3 marathons. during the middle
one i had to put her in a hospital so she would not die of
exhaustion and psychosis, and the lust. ya know i wonder
if she really loved me, or if she was just sexmad. she is now
53, i'm 55. she's had abortions, quite a number of them.
but she might have a secret love child from her teens . she had
a terrible head trauma at age 8, almost died. doctors say
this is what caused her nymphomania. she was an actress
much of the time. i was an actor from 8-14. we were in
a movie called studs lonigan in 1960 together. she was 7 i
was 9. playing the lead characters in a brief flashback to their
childhood. she stayed in all that stuff. it was too weird for me,
i'm glad i left show biz at age 14. just too bizarre show biz is.

ovulation can I be ? I've been trying the temp thing but it gets frustrating! My temps are very crazy! Yesterday I started having really hot urges and I'm still having urges right now! Is that a sign of ovulation when you get real horny? How many days past ovulation can I be? I have a 28-30 day cycle. Thanks

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby, we have been trying just the past month (from july 22nd till now) I tested 2 weeks after the first time we tried but it came out negative, and on August 21st I had a bit of bleeding for just a day, I thought it was my period but it stopped the very same day, and I tested again on Wednesday but it came out negative, what was it? a little period? or what else could I bet? how long should I wait after the egg has been implanted to get the pregnacy test?

My wife is 4 months pregnant and everything is fine. However, I often use a laptop on ... well, my lap. The battery does get very hot and I've read that this can reduce fertility, but since it didn't stop us from getting pregnant, I'm worried about other side-effects.

Am I a paranoid dad? Is there any research on the effects of radiation (or whatever computers do) on men who go on to make a baby?

weve been trying to conceive recently and we had sex two days before my ovulation date. im waiting the two weeks to take the test but ive been having bouts of insomnia but during the day i have loads of energy(not usual for me)and im nottired until late at night. ive also been in a very very good mood. could this be a sign of pregnancy or just the hope of being pregnant?
