unless you want to have a life, i would wait. Children are expensive and require lots of care. Do you even make enough money to support the household, yourself and your baby?
Doctor bills are expensive, do you have insurance, or you going to rely on other people and tax money to support your child. Im not being mean, just realistic. Think about it first. Ask your mother, im sure she knows how much time, care and money it takes to bring up a baby and a child.
Try being okay with yourself before having a child. Can you give this child an average life? Most 20 yr olds i know couldnt afford one. And certainly not mature enough.
If sex if what you need, im sure you will have no problem getting it. Why dont you try to meet some for you and not that specific reason. But in order to happy at all, you need to be stable and happy with your self. You dont need a baby or a man to do so. Infact you shouldnt have a baby until you are those things.A baby will not make your life any easier.Obviously you will do what you want, but seriously think about the future and your future.

if your lez and want one go to a fertility clinic. and you don't want a child with someone you don't know. come on girl find a good friend to help you out... if straight go to a fertilaty clinic. there every where.
