My wife is 4 months pregnant and everything is fine. However, I often use a laptop on ... well, my lap. The battery does get very hot and I've read that this can reduce fertility, but since it didn't stop us from getting pregnant, I'm worried about other side-effects.

Am I a paranoid dad? Is there any research on the effects of radiation (or whatever computers do) on men who go on to make a baby?

Don't be stupid. The effects of the heat dissipate rapidly, since males produce new sperm every day.

i won't worry about it... a weak sperm won't make to the egg. I doubt there is a research on this.
