having poly cystic ovaries is not at all a problem to concieve unless u have a poly cystic ovarian syndrome. maintain a corrrect weight according to ur height and eat healthy food like lot of green leafy vegetables, pulses, cereals, milk products so on... and regular exercises will help you from PCOsyndrome and take ur doctors advice time to time..

Good luck

What your body is most likely doing is maturing eggs and not releasing them creating a cyst on the site of the unreleased egg. You will have to get your body to a point where the ovaries are releasing the egg. That will equal ovulation...which can lead to conception. So, listen to your doctor and take the treatment needed, now, before your ovaries get damaged permanently. Once you are releasing your eggs like you should then it's just a timing thing. Good luck!

For me it was very difficult to get pregnant with PCO but with the help of a good fertility doctor it was possible.

It was difficult for me too with PCO but I went to a fertility specialist and he put me on Metformin and Clomid, and I am now pregnant with my first baby.
