I'm taking a medicine to lower my hormones. Will I be more fertile by taking the medicine or will it make me normal like everybody else? Also my boyfriend does not ejaculate inside of me he pulls out, will that make it more difficult to get pregnant?

Having a high prolactin level CAN cause you not to become pregnant. On the medication though, your chances of becoming pregnant increase. It does not matter if he doesn't ejaculate inside of you or not. Precum can still fertilize an egg or even if he wipes off and puts it back in. The best way to prevent pregnancy (aside from abstinence) is to use some type of birth control...but just remember, nothing is 100%. A friend of mine in high school was fooling around with her boyfriend and he just put it in her...never got off (inside or outside) and she still got pregnant.

Yes, you can get pregnant while taking the prolactin lowering drug and you should have about the same odds as anyone else wishing to become pregnant. Now, if our boyfriend does not ejaculate inside you then pregnancy is not likely. Pre-ejaculate does contain some sperm but not nearly as many as ejaculation.
