My husband and I have been trying to have a baby, we have been trying just the past month (from july 22nd till now) I tested 2 weeks after the first time we tried but it came out negative, and on August 21st I had a bit of bleeding for just a day, I thought it was my period but it stopped the very same day, and I tested again on Wednesday but it came out negative, what was it? a little period? or what else could I bet? how long should I wait after the egg has been implanted to get the pregnacy test?

I'd just wait a few days.

If you are stressed about getting pregnant, that can cause your period to be abnormal. Even for just a day or even a few hours. Stress also will cause a delay in you getting pregnant. Relax and just try. The best way to get pregnant is to get one of the test that tell you when you are ovulating. Try everyday (some try it a couple of times a day) to get pregnant while you are ovulating. To save money on test wait until your period is suppossed to be here and wait three days of a missed cycle. Then test again.

Implantation takes awhile to occur after ovulation - the prime time for the majority of pregnancies is 8-10 days, although it can take more or less. After implantation, it takes several days or more for the HCG (horomones levels) to be detected by the test, depending of course on what test you used.

The first trick is being able to identify exactly when you ovulated, somebody mentioned fertility friend, but there are others as well. Fertility Friend had trouble tracking my ovulation, so I went with a paid service, WebMD fertility center, which I loved. They have medical staff that review your charts and verify or adjust the dates and information based on what is included in your chart. The other option is software, Ovusoft is one (although I didn't use it so I cannot personally attest to its accuracy).

The second trick is what test do you use? Since I wanted the freedom to test daily if necessary, I wanted something with a low sensitivity that was inexpensive. I purchased them in "strip form" (where you have to dip them in a cup of urine, they are more inexpensive) online. I seemed to have lost the link to the website I purchased them from, so unfortunately, I can't tell you where I got mine from.

The other factors you have to consider is were you using birth control, and what form was it if you were, and when did you stop using it? If you use the pill, it can throw off your cycles for awhile after stopping it, the shot even longer.

As for your question, you can have a mini-period and still be pregnant, in fact, it is quite common according to my childbirth prep teacher.

As for my experience. The month I got pregnant, I ovulated on day 12 of my cycle, I started testing daily (in the morning, as someone said, that's when the concentrations are the highest) at 8dpo (too early, but it is possible on rare occasions to get a positive and b/c I was fairly sure I was pregnant, I decided to start early) and got a faint positive on 12dpo.

Good luck!

To be sure I would wait till your next period. But if you are impatient like I was I tested every week and finally found out the day before I was suppose to get my period. You could also get a blood test from the doctor to find out sooner. I know its hard but you just gotta be patient, its only been a month for you and it took me 3 months to get pregnant.

30 to 35 days after the first day of your last period. The bleeding you had the other day could be the egg attaching to the uterine wall. If you aren't prego this time try making love 15, 17, 19, & 21 days after the first day of your last period. Do it on the odd days, rather than everyday to build up sperm count.

Do you have any idea when you ovulated? Normally a positive pregnancy test will show 14 days after ovulation. You should join www.fertilityfriend.com if you're trying to conceive. The girls there are wonderful and it's a great little family.

Test again first thing in the morning when the urine has the most HCG level in it. If youre like I am invest in a few of these and test in the morning again if the next one is negative. I know the waiting sucks. Do you have any pregnancy symptoms? ie. fatigue, swollen or sore breasts, bloating, back ache?

you should wait about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks after the day you think you ovulated (you ovulate about 2 weeks after the first day of your period) sometimes stress and other things can affect your period.

the best home pregnancy tests only work seven days before your supposed to get your period. the best is to wait until after your period was supposed to come. both times i was pregnant i waited until the day my period was supposed to come and it was positive on the first test, and test in the morning there will be more of the pregnancy hormone in you urine.

Slow down and relax. Give it 2 more weeks then test again. And remember the best part of getting pregnant is trying to.

she ought to of waited slightly longer. If she remains feeling a similar in about a week tell her to bypass the the docs.even although she ought to not be pregnant that doesn't advise something else ain't occurring.even as females bleed after sex that's in basic terms the vagnia changed into strecthed so she both did not have sex before you 2 did it or she in basic terms did not stretch each and each of how in the previous. For her era being previous due many different issues reason this like stress and her being frightened about it ought to have led to this and in view that she bled after she ought to not get it this month many females who in basic terms had sex or in simple terms some situations do not get a era bc their body is ajusting.if i changed into her i ought to easily bypass to the clinical professional to make certain whats occurring and attempt to relax slightly and in case you 2 are going to have sex i ought to signify to her to bypass on birth control so she will have the capacity to not difficulty after having sex about if something went incorrect.desire that helped.good success.
