I am 6 weeks pregnant, and typically use facial cleansers with hydrogen peroxide or salicylic acid in them for acne. I just read that the salicylic acid should not be used. Has anyone heard that these are safe during pregnancy?

Till now i did not get my periods. I remember i did not have sexual intercourse during the unsafe period. But only on the 4th day of my last period. So is there any chances of getting conceived? Kindly reply

Ok ,here goes.
I have either a 29 day cycle or a 39 day cycle.
My last period was on 2nd March.
On the 22nd Feb I had brown spotting, 23rd had a smallamount of brown discharge, 24th spotting again, 25th spotting, and today wet cervical mucus (sorry tmi)!!! Had cramps also and now they're gone.

Because of my cycles I am wondering if this a sign of pregnancy?
I don't have any other signs.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and jsut found out that my baby has enlarged ventricles suggesting ventriculomegaly (19mm) and an absence of a corpus callosum. the chance of a viable life is 25% should i take the risk?

ok this is a little complicated so beare with me!

in jan this year i went back on the pill, a week before the end of the pill packet i got may period this was around the 17th of feb, it lasted for around 9 days (double its normal time). for some daft reason i forgot to start taking it again after my 7 day break. at this point i was not sexually active.

on the 16th march i had sex and used condoms. i still have not had a period. today i went to the doctor because i am really tired, feel sick and have been getting dizzy spells. he said it was just a virus untill i told him about the pill. he then said that if i still had not had my period in a few days i should take a pregnancy test.

is there a chance i could be pregnant? i am all confused with my dates and he has got me a little worried.

my menstruation is regular i have my period every 27 days we do sex about 5 times per week and my husband ejaculate inside i'm not having any pills right now but i took pills for 4 months before i got married then i stoped taking them before 2 months from my marriage date. what probably are the problems that are not allowing me from getting pregnant? or is there something missed in our relations ? is there something that i must do ? please i need ur answers and ur help cause i wanna be a mum . I'm 34 weeks pregnant - 35 tomorrow! I'm having quite strong and very sharp pains low down on my pubic bone that go through to my lower back, the pains are so strong at times that I can't stand up (this is just today, the last 3 hours or so).

However, they aren't at regular intervals, and are worse when the baby is moving - and she's moving a LOT today!

I have a high risk pregnancy, so do you think I should go to the hospital, or wait and see if the pains become regular or go away?

I've been really restless and cleaning like mad recently, and I've been told she could be early by the doctors...

I've not had any other signs (waters breaking, mucous plug etc...), but I never had any of these with my son either, they had to break my waters for me...

Any help / ideas would be great! I can't phone my midwife, as I don't have one (not available here in Spain where I am!)

my relartionship with my bf been 1yr aready and also we having a unsafe sex, but so far my bf know how to control it cuz i got no problem with my menses. I am possibly a month pregnant and took a test yesterday and it came up positive. I have been feeling sicker then a dog and tired constantly but can't sleep cause I feel sick and exhausted. Is this common in the first trimester? I plan on making a doctors appointment by friday if a second test comes up positive and I don't have my cycle by then end of the week, cause this is the time I normally start my cylce.

I am 41 weeks prego and would like to hold on a little more however my doctor would like to do an induction on wednesday as the amnio fluid is getting very low and he doesnt want to take any chances... I had an induction with my first baby as well and I know that its very hectic cause both babies is in posterior position and with the induction the back labour etc etc is worse!!! Is there anything I could do myself to try and go into labour naturally before wednesday? Please help!!!!!!!

already asked the question of why that happens, and got some great answers, thnx!!! but now......hmm. i was supposed to start on the 23 of march, and somehow now we are the 26th, and nothing!!!!i also figured that having sex w/ my bf would've helped me start since it usually does, but........NOPE!! and i usually gain weight pretty early in pregnancies, also get tired easily, and man do my boobs hurt!!! they feel like they did after i had my little boy, you know when you have all that milk in your breast, they get so swollen and hurt really bad. well all that is happening now!!!! so now im asking advise on this...... what do you guys think???? i know it to soon to take a hpt, but im so anxious to know!!!!!

I am 3 months pregnant with second child. I and my little girl nearly died in labour 2 years ago, hospital was totally responsible (was induced and went a bit wrong). Now i have to decide whether to have planned c-section or try and go natural. I was under general anastetic for first birth, missed out and had massive depression after. I want to ensure i see my second arrive but not sure i should be having unneccessary surgery? If i opt for natural birth at wonderful local midwife unit and things start going wrong they will rush me to the hospital i had first baby in. (Their care is so bad i'd be better off in a shed). Every mum wants to give birth naturally but it could all go wrong again and i dont want to risk the nightmare of the last time. Should i just book in for the c-section or try and go naturally? (Sorry, i know it's a bit of a hard one) xx

I recently had an exploratory laparoscopy to remove fibrous tumors and to manage my outrageous endometriosis. Now I have this hideous scar. It was a bikini incision and no one can see it, but I hate it. I know I'm being silly, but I really hate it. It doesn't even bother my fiance, but I just don't like it. I've been using pure vitamin E oil and the skin is soft, but the scar is still extremely visible.
Question:
Does anyone have any tips on making the scar less visible?
