Short answer : No
Long: Sperm die when they dry out, usually about 10-20 minutes after they leave the man's body. If semen is deposited on your hands, the sperm can enter the vagina if you touch the moist inner membranes (labia minora). It is possible that sperm could travel through the vagina, and ultimately pass through the cervix into the uterus and fallopian tubes.
However, the pH (acidity) of the vagina would probably weaken the swimming sperm before they reach the cervix. During intercourse, ejaculation deposits millions of motile sperm on the face of the cervix, so they do not need to swim through the vagina. When ejaculation occurs outside the vagina, the number of sperm reaching the cervical opening would be very limited, and the likelihood of pregnancy quite low.
If you are concerned about pregnancy, the best step might be for your girlfriend to consider using the morning-after pill within 72 hours of the event. If you think she may already be pregnant, you may wait about 12-14 days after the unprotected sexual exposure and perform a home pregnancy test. Sometimes the stress of worrying about being pregnant -- among many other causes -- can cause a late or skipped menstrual period. If abnormal or irregular periods have become a problem, she should visit her doctor for an evaluation. She may also wish to discuss contraceptive options that would take the worry out of being close.

Yes, because pre-come still has a lot of sperm in it and sperm are excellent swimmers. It is rare to get pregnant with way, but it can happen. The person below is not correct. Sperm can live outside the body for up to 3 hours. When sperm is donated at a sperm bank it is not frozen right away. It has to be tested before it can be frozen, and they cannot do that in 15-20 minutes.

It is not likely that you can get pregnant this way. If you are worried go see a family doctor or take a home pregnancy test. Next time I would say to use protection even if there is no penetration.

Anytime there is not protection the possibility is there. Doesn't matter if there is penetration or not. Pre-*** has sperm in it and if it is on your body near the vagina it can climb into the Virgina. That's what sperm is designed to do.

Without penetration of the penis, you cannot get pregnant. Unless you turn to artificial baby-making such as implantation (i.e. test tube baby). Taking "it" inside your anus or swallowing the semen won't get you pregnant either. So you can relax..
