I am possibly a month pregnant and took a test yesterday and it came up positive. I have been feeling sicker then a dog and tired constantly but can't sleep cause I feel sick and exhausted. Is this common in the first trimester? I plan on making a doctors appointment by friday if a second test comes up positive and I don't have my cycle by then end of the week, cause this is the time I normally start my cylce.

HI my name is mandi, and im 31 weeks pregnant. First of all, If your test came up positive, you probably are definately pregnant. But it never hurts to take another test. And second, being sick (morning sickness) is very common in the beginning of pregnancy. Being constantly tired is also normal. I felt so tired my first couple months, as if I had never slept in my life! I couldnt go get the mail without feeling exhausted and having to take a 3 hour nap afterwards! Hope I helped and good luck with the pregnancy. Amazing how much energy a little baby can take out of you isnt it? :-)

Your not possibly pregnant. You are pregnant. Positives tests don't lie. You either have the HcG hormone or not. And being sick and tired will now last...about 18 yrs..lol Some women are sick the whole pregnancy. I didn't have a stitch of MS but then again..I have two kids on top of it when I was pregnant. I was probrally too busy to notice.

You are definately pregnant & judging by your morning sickness are in for quite a few weeks of sleeplessness, nausea & exhaustion. Congratulations & welcome to pregnancy & just remember that it does get better usually by the 12 - 16th week for the majority of women. xoxo
