Pregnancy - March 2007

Yesterday, in bed and right before sleeping i felt a really strong and surprisingly painful contraction. I am used to contractions - feel them since 4 months preg, but they were not like this one. I breath properly and the contraction took a long while to stop. Today I feel my belly very tense and hurts. Did anyone have painful braxton hicks contractions?? What do you think?

Im almost 39wks pregnant my usual doctor told me she would induce me a week early because of my pregnancy complications but I am no longer able to see that doctor anymore and the one that I am seeing now he doesnt even take the time to understand what is going on he couldnt even remember what office I visit him at and he had my file in his hand Im tired of being in pain and dont want to be on percocet any longer I cant play with my children because the pain is too much please help

I'm disappointed with my own doctor's answer, I treated for Tuberclusis for 08 months, and stopped using medicine for 02 months. Now, I want to become pregnant but I'am afraid of effects of medicines to the fetus. How long should I become pregnant to be safe to the fetus after the treatment fot TB? He answered unclearly. Please help me.

Alright here's the thing, I have read statements on pregnancy websites about people bleeding during a healthy pregnancy, and I was wondering how common it actually is.

AF just left town, and I was relieved that she'd come, on time, but just slightly heavier than usual. I'd been feeling kind of off the week before, so I took a test a couple days before AF, and it came out negative. But now, I've started getting sick, nausous and throwing up, and my back hurts, and I just feel different.

Is it possible for me to be pregnant, how rare is it to have a seemingly normal period, and do you think I should take another test, see a doctor, or wait it out?

ok my husband and i have been having unprotected sex for the past 2 months or so. i have been having some weird twinge like feelings in my pelvic area. also when i take a deep breath my heart feels like its racing for a minute then it goes back to normal. i was talking to my friend and she said one of her first pregnancy symptoms was her heart racing? any insight? i took a pregnancy test and it was neg. but it could be too soon.

Well i am due in 5 days ! yay! well i have had a lot of stress throughout my pregnancy.. me and the father arent together and he got back with his ex.. but they are broken up now.. well she is blaiming it all on me.. And she Sent me a message saying all this horrible stuff abotu what he said about me and jsut stupid drama stuff .. you know? Well I was in tears cause a lot of the stuff upset and of course my hormones r jsut crazy in general from being pregnant! and that just topped it off so i am really emotional n keep crying.. im trying to calm down.. i am slowly.. but now my stomache is rock hard.. i feeel soo sick.. Should i go my doctor now n tell them what happened? could i of put my baby in stress or hurt him at all.. Im like so worried.. My stomache just really hurts epecially if i cough or somehting..

well yea ive missed my period 3 days already and my nipples are killing me not my breast just my nipples. I took a first response pregnancy test today and it came out negative. But i dont know what to believe cause my friend missed her period also a few months back and she took about 5 test and they all came out negative then finally one of them came out positive.. i dont wanna waste money on something that doesnt work. but yea.. could this mean im preg?

I am getting frustrated because I am 36 weeks and have been gaining consistantly the whole time. It hasn't been uncommon for me to gain 7, 10 and 12 lbs in a month. I've already surpassed the 25 to 40 lbs recommended. All my tests have come back normal, and my feet and hands are not retaining water. I don't believe that I am abnormal so why is it that I am putting on 2 to 3 lbs a week when I've already hit maxium weight gain for the entire pregnancy?
