How long does it take for sperm to reach the egg?
How long does it take them to swim from the vagin.a, thru the cervix and uterus, and up thru the fallopian tubes to the egg? Like how many minutes/hours?

It depends. The sperm can be there waiting for the egg to be released when you ovulate or the egg can be travelling waiting for the sperm. Either way, after fertilization, the egg travels to the uterus and implants between 6-10 days later. The exact day varies from woman to woman and varies with each pregnancy as well.
