I'm only repeating what I've seen in other questions. A young person wrote in asking how long Marijuana stays in the system because he had to go in for drug testing and the answer was, it depends on how long he had been smoking and which test was he taking, if it was one test, it was 30 days if it was another it would be 90 days. If he would just take this herbal pill and drink like a gallon of water it would flush the stuff out of his system. The 90 day one was something else.
Now, I realize that you are not smoking Marijuana, but I'm going to assume the range is about the same.
So . . . I would say a minimum of 90 days, but to be on the safe side 6 months would be better. That would give you ample amount of time to flush all toxins from your body and give you time to start a regimen of pre-natal vitamins, a balanced diet and exercise. That way your body will be in the best shape to conceive and bear a healthy child.
You may want to make an appointment with an obstetrician (Baby specialist) and see what they have to say. Good luck and many blessings!

I dont know a lot about TB or the treatment for it. How long to wait is going to depend how long the medications are in your system. If you want a more specific answer and are not satisfied with your doctor, I would recommend getting a second opinion. If you don't want to do that, then make another appointment with your doctor and be very specific with what you want to know. Let him know that you want to know EXACTLY how long to wait.

Then seek for another doctor advice. We can't give you a right answer about this matter because we don't have all of your medical informations. Only a doctor can help you out. Good luck

So how did he answer? If you had TB I wouldn't recommend you getting pregnant at any time while you still had to take meds. But I'm not a doctor...That is something only your doctor can determine

To give you a better answer and help you research this question we will need the name of the medication you are referring to.

Let him know he was not clear and if he could direct you as to where to get more info. Also research as much as you can and possibly seek a second opinion to help you decide.
Good Luck!

clarify things with him. he probably thought that he explained it well already. ask more questions.
if you can't get a clear answer off him, you can find yourself a new doctor. never stay with a doctor who cannot answer your questions well.
