i found out last tuesday that i'm pregnant. the doctor and midwife reckon i'm around 20-24 weeks pregnant due to the size of my bump when they examined me etc etc.

now cos i dont have regular periods (i only used to have around 2 periods a year) we cant find out the date of my last period (or when it should have been) but cos my boyfriend is in the army i know the rough dates of when i would have conceived (24th dec - 2nd jan).

i reckon i'm around 15 weeks pregnant, give or take, because if it was my ex-boyfriends, i'd be around 8 months pregnant and the doc said i was definately not that far gone!

so if i was 20-24 weeks pregnant i wouldn't have a baby inside me or it wouldn't have a father if ya know what i mean!!! can anyone please shed some light on this as im getting fairly anxious now!!!

So i'm 29 weeks pregnant and my doctor measured the size of my son and he weighs over 3 pounds! He said thats in the 65 percentile.. DO you think that since we didnt go by my last period that maybe my due date is off...or am I just going to have a big babyy. I'm really petite...when i was born i was 7lbs and my husband was 9 if that has anything to do with it!

Hi, I took a hpt this morning around 2ish and looked at it not really expecting it to be pos. bcs I have pcos, but bcs I have the occasional alcoholic beverage I like to be careful. Anyway, the test appeared to be negative, but then just now I looked at it and there is a faint second line indicating pregnancy. Now, I know they say read the results before 10 minutes, but I've never had a pregnancy test turn from a neg. to a pos. when I wasn't pregnant. So what does this mean? Crazy fluke false pos. or real deal(gulp)?

Which is more accurate? Your edd by your last period, or the date they give you for ultrasound?I am having a hard time distinguishing what week I am in because of this.

I took the morning after pill at the beginning of the month, i took it within 8 hours (as recommended). My period was meant to be 9days ago, but i am late. Could i be pregnant or is this a side effect to the morning after pill? I took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago and that was negative. Im confused and dont know what to do.

Ok just a quick question. If you are pregnant would your symtpoms be consistant all day everyday, or can you have some good days and some bad...like espicially if you are in the early stages like a couple weeks. And what if your only symptom was missing your period, and like cramping, and headaches...could that mean you are pregnant???

frequent migraine head aches, i spotted for about 2/3 days then blead for like one like 2 weeks befor my period was due, more discharge than usual, waist line seems to be expanding and i feel a bit bloated, everything i eat makes me feel sick but i haven't actually vomited i just feel sick to the stomach. Always sooo exhausted. still waiting on my period. Has anyone ever fealt these symptoms but turned out to not be pregnant?

im not pregnant but have been feeling it for 3 moths with
sore breasts
dizzyness and sickness
tired all the time
blue veins showing in breasts and sweeling
i day period that is brown and pink
headaches and ache pain in legs back and sides
but yesterday i got a normal period and urine test came out negative and i dont feel pregnant anymore, isant tit funny how our bodies can play tricks on us its simply not fair

is it always the case that the aerola turns dark after 2months?what if there is no sign at all,except for maybe a bulge in the tummy,which may be due to eating too much..how is it possible to tell then if you're pregnant without using the pregnancy test?

i was born with a heart condition called Tetralogy of the Fallot and i also have developed a problem with that called Pulmonary Stenosis. Me and my husband really want to have a baby in the near future but i am unsure if it will be safe or not, i have heard mixed answers. And I might have to go have another open heart (third) in the next year so now im really not sure. I am going to talk to my cardiologist about it on friday but I wanted peoples thoughts or advice who have been through high risk etc pregnancies, what do I ask the Dr. specifically and do I need to see a specialist besides my cardiologist? If it is a slight risk is it worth it. People have mentioned adoption but for since I can remember I have wanted nothing more than to carry my own baby and experiance everything that goes with it, and I want to give my husband a child. I really want to think about a baby soon I just want some advice. Thanks!

My friend is having another abortion Friday!..2nd time in about 6 months st the most...I feel like i can no longer be friends w/ her if she does kill another baby!..what makes it worse is that she is a mommy of a 3 year old baby girl that almost died when she was born!..i feel there is a reason she has been blessed w/ becoming pregnant..NO BABY IS A MISTAKE in my eyes!..how could she do this?..am i exagerating or making to big of a deal over something that has nothing 2 do with me?..or are my feelings justified?

I have constant pain with my contractions and my doctor won tprescribe me anything. I am dilated to a 2, and have been this way for almost 5 weeks now. I am 38 weeks along and I wanted to know if there is a quick way to naturally induce labor. I have tried walking, castor oil,sex,and nipple stimulation. At what stage during pregnancy is a good time to have a baby shower? I was telling my mom that I wanted to have mine at the beginning of May, I am due in July so that would put me right around 30 weeks, but her and my stepmom keep asking me why I want it so early. Is 30 weeks really THAT early? I mostly want to have everything ready for when my little boy gets here and am very excited about preparing his room. But yeah, mostly my question is...Is 30 weeks too early for a baby shower, and if so, what would be a more appropriate time?
