Slight period like pain and back pain is normal in the initial days of pregnancy. But if the pain is very intense I suggest you go to the doctor. Sometimes when the baby tries to implant itself also there is some pain. Try to take some rest and if the pain still doesn't go away then consult a doctor.

With my second pregnancy, I had heavy, painful bleeding when my period was due. However my son is 3 now!!
However, my third period ended in miscarriage. And I had horrible period-like pains. And bleeding for about seven weeks.
If your two weeks pregnant I assumed you used an early detection pregnancy test. Wait to see if you get your period when it's due. Then if it doesn't come, or if you feel 'different' after it (ie; nausea, sore boobs, etc) go to the doctor's and get the pregnancy confirmed via a blood test.
Often females get pregnant and the fertilised egg doesn't implant into the uterus, but instead passes out with blood during the period, and at such an early stage this happens without the mother realising!
Don't worry...take it easy. Try not to get yourself too anxious (that does no one any good!). What's meant to be will be, having had a two single pregnancy's, a miscarriage, then a twin pregnancy, I can tell you that if a baby's meant to be, it will be! Miscarriage can occur due to sometimes developmental problems (chromosomal abnormalities).

I had this in early pregancy (I am presuming you are too as you don't state how many weeks you are). Try not to worry, my Dr told me it was just the baby getting nice and comfy and embedded into my womb. Also your body needs to catch up a little bit as sometimes they forget or don't realise they are pregnant. In my case my endometriosis kept flaring up as it though 'hey, it's supposed to be period time' but it eventually gave up and recognised there weren't going to be any periods for a while. Also your hormones are shot and will need a little while to balance out somewhat.
Go to see your dr if you are worried as you may get very alarmist answers on here that will make you anxious which in itself is not good for pregnancy.
Good luck x

See your GYN ... would be a cyst at the ovary.. tremendously treatable.. if he/she recommends a DNC search a moment or even a 3rd opinion. Wife went via the equal concern a couple of years again and he or she is best. BUT get it looked at.. and get the critical assessments/pics taken.
