I would go by your last period if you are sure of that date. My ultrasound dates were always off by a week or two. Congrats!

General rule, go by last period. Some foetuss develop earlier than others, so ultrasound not as reliable as once thought. Early ones more accurate (I had one at around 6 weeks, which worked with my dates, at 20 weeks, ultrasound showed 21 1/2! Baby came two weeks late, anyway)
Congrats!

Go by your last period as some ultrasound dates can change.

The Ultrasound date, because they take the size and development of the baby into consideration.
At the end, as you look at developement books, a week or two difference does not really matter.

I always adjusted my due date to the one they gave me on ultrasounds, the OB may choose to keep the LMP due date if it's pretty close to the Ultrasound one.. the ultrasound when done in early pregnancy is pretty reliable, if you ovulated later or earlier in your cycle than normal then the baby's age would be different then the "guessed" one by lmp.. the dates by lmp assume you have a 28 day cycle and that you ovulated on cycle day 14.
