Eat healthy.... lots of vegetable. Go lighter on carbs and & stay away from fast food. It's okay for cold drinks but traditionally our mothers would say not to drink cold drinks ( I think it's cultural) But scientifically, there's not harm for cold drinks & great deserts served cold.

I did lite yoga and swimming or water aerobics. There's special classes for pregnant women and it will help you keep your figure as well as it's good for your body. Moderate exercise and walking will help your labor too - unless you are directed otherwise from a doctor. Always take your doctors advice over anything you hear from anyone. Certain things that works for some may not be sutiable for you.

You gained an extra 30 lbs or overall you gained 30lbs throughout the pregnancy.Just eat healthy stuff.Grilled chicken and lots of veggies is good>I have eaten a lot of that.I am(39)wks and have gained 26lbs.Did not seem that hard to watch my weight considering they weigh you every month. It seem like it was a little easier to keep track of the weight having to go to the docs office every month.Just don't give in to every little craving. What I also did was when I was at the grocery store I would not buy on impulse cause then that way I would give in to all that junk food I had at home.I mean you have to treat yourself sometime but don't get carried away.Good luck to you!
