Personally I think it is not a good thing, but what do I know, I am young and this is my first child, I want it to be top notch if you know what I mean. My g/f just can't give up the Dr. Pepper. So what's the deal with Dr. Pepper, is it ok? Thanks for the help

I had sex with my bf on the 17th of december. It wasent planned so we didnt used a condom, we didnt have one. He didint ***, and he said he had problems cumming. I still got worried. I was a virgin, so I am very naive in some things and I start looking for information. Read about precum, and the chances of still getting preg. I am very scared, though. My period is very irregular, my last one was one november 14, it usually was taken around 45 or more to get my next period. it may be because im a little overweight, (160 for 5 5") or stress. I thought I was getting my period, because I got a huge pimple, lower back ache, and tummy bloated. And i also had a brownish spott. But then it change to discharge, and i have been having light clear discharge, but no period. Then I read about implanation bleeding. I am 19, fully aware i dont want to marry tmy bf, I want to study, and yet If Im pregnat Don't want to abort. But I dont know if I am. Dont know whent to do a pregnacy test... Help plis

I know there are a million of these questions.. but here is one more, take it or leave it. :-p
I cannot think of too many boy names.. but I like Basil, Sage and Aiden. I am open to suggestions.. I dont want anything really common but not outrageously out there. For girls I like... Edith Magnolia, Eleanor Magnolia, Lily Magnolia... Paisley, I really want Magnolia as middle name.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.. just nothing too common or too wacky!

I had C section 9 weeks back.I could start moving within a week and feel perfectly fine except I dont feel comfortable when I lie on my tummy..Hurts a bit ..Is it common to have that feeling.Anything I should do to get it heal soon?

I am 4 days past my due date, I am dilated 1cm (don't know the effacement) and was clocked at having contractions 5 minutes apart on the monitor. However, these contractions feel like menstrual cramps (not the big labor contractions) and they have taken nearly two weeks to go from 15 minutes to 5 minutes apart. My mother and sister have a history of days of prolonged latent labor with no progress and were forced to have their water broken to get things moving, so my OBGYN would like to induce me 8 days past my due date if I don't get going with active labor soon.

I keep reading all these horror stories about being induced. Should I agree to this, or let nature take it's course?

Then why is abortion still leagal?
Fetucide is where a fetus is killed while still in the womb, due to a someone injuring the mother, thus causing the mother to lose the child.

So if this is the case?, then why is abortion allowed?

am currently 16W 4D pregnant (I hope). I was hoping to get some insight on what has been going on lately.

On Dec 20 I was throwing up with morning sickness. I was straining hard and I looked down and there were 3 long brown clots on the ground. Went to ER and they did US. Baby was ok and measuring on schedule.
On Dec 24 there had been no signs of blood so DH and I started intercourse. I was nervous after the bleeding so looked down and there was a fair bit of red blood! Rushed tp ER and they couldnt fnd a HB. Xmas day we didnt know what was going on.
Boxing day we found a HB and scheduled US for the next day.
On Dec 27 we saw a healthy beautiful little girl!
I thought the bleeding was tapering off but since then I have had brown spotting daily (usually once a day around 4pm) It is not a lot, but it doesnt look like its stopping. The one day I didnt have spotting was yesterday when I spent the whole day in bed. There has been NO sex - too nervous.
Any ideas on whats going on?

I already know about the "day after pill" (does anyone know where I could get that without a perscription and about how much it would cost?)

Anyways, i was wondering if there was any alternate things to do besides taking the pill (Yeah, I know that if you dont want babies, that you shouldent have sex, and to always use protection, and all that jazz, but thats not my question)

My period is due either tomorrow or Friday. I got a shower and I checked my cervix.. I had to give a little oomph to feel it and it felt closed, and medium firmness. I know this isn't a way to detect pregnancy but could this be a good sign at all?? Has anyone checked their cervix before their period was due and it felt kind of like what I described then found out they were pregnant? I am going to test tomorrow so wish me luck! Baby dust to all!

im almost 37 weeks and i feel like my stomach is smaller all of a sudden i dont think he has droped yet at least that i can tell. its like yesterday my belly button was sticking out and now not so much i just feel smaller...i thought in the last few weeks i wouldent be able to take it anymore but now i dont feel so big. is there something wrong with me??

Posting this question again: I have a membrane across the bottom of my uterus below the baby covering the cervix. This is not the placenta. I was having constant spotting for about a month, they did the ultrasound at 12 weeks. I am now 20 weeks and have not had any spotting for a month. Anyone know what this extra membrane is? I have been told it could be a vanishing twin.
