VERY, VERY, VERY SLIM. The test could've came out negative because you tested too early, or cuz you're just not pregnant. But is VERY rare that women test negative and are still pregnant. VERY RARE. Good luck anyway.

There is always still a chance. Tests can come out negative if you take them to early. It's best to do it a week or so after your missed period. And remember that the test isn't 100% accurate. If you are having symptoms I would see a doctor, then you will know for sure.

Still a chance-- How long has it been since your last period? If you're not far past your missed period, then you may not have enough of the HcG hormone yet to show up on a test. With this pregnancy, it took me 5 tests to finally get a positive. Take another in a few days if you don't get your period, and I recommend getting a name brand like Clear Blue Easy (worked the best for me) since the generic ones sometimes don't show up clearly.

as long as its at least about 48 hours after what would be the first day of when u should regularly start your period, the test should read accurately. make sure you are late by that long, then take another test- u should always double check anyway, and can even do it at your doctor or a clinic to ensure accuracy.

have you missed your period? when did you take the test? what's the test sensitivity? at the moment, your chance of getting pregnant is below 0.01, providing that your test's accuracy is 99.9%. but if your gut says you might be pregnant, re-do the test in 3 more days or wait a week until after you miss your period.

Just depends. Test again in 5 days, as it may have been too early.

I think those home pregnancy test are always right. But if you think you might be, see your doctor. If don't want to be pregnant, please take the birth control pill at once. Good luck!
