Then why is abortion still leagal?
Fetucide is where a fetus is killed while still in the womb, due to a someone injuring the mother, thus causing the mother to lose the child.
So if this is the case?, then why is abortion allowed?

Because they change the rules to suit them. Why is it okay to kill you kid before its outside of the womb even though it has a beating heart and brain, etc, but not when the child is say...4 yrs old? Makes NO SENSE!!!

Because some people think that as long as the mother, and I use that term loosely, is the one to choose, then its okay but when she didnt have a choice its murder. Makes no sense huh?
by the way, having an abortion doesnt prevent motherhood, it just makes you the mother of a dead baby.

Because if Fetucide were legal, I'm sure numerouse women would be beaten until they abort... Making every pregnant woman a target for the whims of whom ever decided that specific women didn't need to be pregnant.
I read somewhere a loooong time ago that the number one cause of death for a pregnant women was murder.
Abortion has been around since the beginning of time and will never go away. Even if it's illegal it will still happen. I have found that the ones who scream the most about making abortion illegal are generally the ones to be first in line when they need the service.

Why can't people get it through their heads that abortion is legal and every woman has the right to choose. An abortion is a medical procedure and it is not murder cause if it were no doctor could be performing abortions since people believes it is murder.

Abortion is about choice and personal freedom. Purposely injuring someone else to induce a miscarriage? Takes away that choice.
