Pregnancy - January 2007

When you are past your due date and no "natural" ways of induction seem to work (like sex and exercise, for example), what are some good ways to just get your mind off of it and pass the time? I'm super uncomfortable with cramping and soreness so I really don't feel like going anywhere with my hubby and during the week I am home (I'm on maternity leave). Every last thing is organized and I'm running out of ways to stay sane right now. My induction isn't scheduled until Jan. 17th and I'm praying to go before then. Any ideas or thoughts?

OK i just had sex with this guy....and we didnt use a condom. hwat are my chances of gettin pregnant?? i never had sex without a condom. and i cant tell if i am cause i dont get periods anymore...idk why i just stoped getting them lke a year ago...somethin bout my hormones or somethin the doctor told me. so i dont get periods and now i wont kno if im pregnant :(

Ok, Im officially 12 days late on my period. I had my LMP on Nov. 25, 2006. I went 2 days ago to the DR and they took a pregnancy test (which came out negative) and a blood test (which also came out negative) But I TOTALLY feel pregnant. Could it be possible that Im really pregnant and the tests just aren't showing my hormone levels b/c they might be really low? I have signs of being pregnant (missed period, a little tiny bit of brown spotting around the time my period was supposed to be, indigestion, tiny abdominal cramps, fatigue, nausea, peeing alot, I dont have tender breasts, EXTREME back pain, etc) but it just wont show up. What else can do? I also have at times here and there, what feels like teeny tiny kicks. Now I have heard of woman having their period for the first 2 months of there pregnancy (which would explain why i was 3 weeks late last month on my period, when i am usually NEVER late) But the DR says I am not pregnant, any advice from woman who have gone through this?

I just read a story about a college student who was pregnant. She had the baby in a bathroom stall at college. Her and the baby died. Her family, friends, and room mates had no idea she was pregnant. They don't even know if she knew she was. The baby wasn't premature either. How could no one know she was pregnant?

ok took a test came out positvie then went to gyno and took a blood test and came out borderline then started heavey cramping and bleeding doctor said no need for another blood test because i was having a miscarrage but i still am very tired and have brest tenderess could i still be pregnant? or when should these symptoms stop? also i have been bleeding heavy for 3 days

I am currently on birth control and recently had protected sex with my boyfriend. This was approximately 12 days after the start of my last period. Recently my breast are sore and swollen, I have no other signs of pregnancy. My next period is due on the 16th of January. Can I be pregnant?

i am pregnant and did it on my self and it said boy, then i did it on my sister who has 2 girls and it said 2 girls for her and then did it on my mom who has 3 girls and it said three girls for her. it was right for both of them don't know for me yet but i am just wondering what yalls experience with it was

K I am testing tomorrow cuz I had a defective test today and i wanna use first morning urine for it. Well my boobs were pretty sore since a couple days after ovulation then yesterday or the day before they mellowed down and barely even hurt.. Anyone get this and find out they were pregnant anyways? I stil haven't had my period and normally when my boobs are sore they stop being at sore the day my period arrives and are still sore a little til a day or so before my period leaves.. anyone else get this during early pregnancy?? I have all the symptoms of pregnancy except that one pretty much and I don't feel as if the ol' witch is even coming {could be wrong though of course!!}

Whenever I get up real quick or get out of my car or move real quick I have like these pains along my pelvis on my sides. Its not a cramp its like pulled muscle. I know my ligaments are starting to stretch b/c I was having little twinges of pain on my left side and the Dr. said thats what it was but I don't know about the pulled muscle feeling. Have you ever experienced this???

Well, this question seems to be popping up a lot but here are my circumstances. When I was 15 I had my ovary taken out due to a cyst. I have then been on numerous types of BC pills. Well, my doctor put my on a new one, but I have been missing a lot of the pills, then doubling up the next day. Anyway, I am 10 days late and I know that sometimes a new pill will cause a missed period but I have been on a lot of new ones and have never missed a period. my boobs hurt, i have been a little moody (i cried at a kleenex commercial) I have had some slight cramping over the past week, and i am very tired. I took a test first thing wednesday morning but it came up negative. i know those tests dont always work as well, so i called my Dr and he said to start a new pack but i am scared to just in case. O and I dont use condoms or anything either just bc. any and all input appreciated.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant (I swear, if I had this many problems with my first child, I never would have been willing to jump into the ring again), and I feel wicked light-headed. It's not every day, but I seem to have an episode once every week or two. Has anyone else had this?

BTW, I think that I may be anemic, but I don't get my iron tested until the 15th.

Im 6 weeks pregnant and have had 2 previous m/c's. I have been spotting brown and bad cramps. Went to the hospital and they said everything looks ok. Spotting and cramps have stopped and now I feel sick to my stomach. Should I stop worrying?? What would cause all this to happen?

Can a yeast infection change the answer of a home pregnancy test? I'm 9 days late and I'm regular with my period but 3 days ago I got a yeast infection, I did the pregnancy test because we're trying to have a baby and my husband wanted to know if I was pregnant or not, the test was negative but I dont know if the infection can alter the results. Is anyone else a proud pet owner and pregnant? If so, how are your pets reacting?

My big dog listening to the baby (presses his ear in my belly). I think he can smell it too, or he's trying to smell my spine through my stomach.

Just wondering if anyone else is having funny pet reactions.

At my last appointment (I was 14 weeks) my baby's heartbeat was 155 per minute. I was told by some people that it means I am pregnant with a boy, and other people told me it will be a girl. Does anybody out there have an idea which it could be?
