Whenever I get up real quick or get out of my car or move real quick I have like these pains along my pelvis on my sides. Its not a cramp its like pulled muscle. I know my ligaments are starting to stretch b/c I was having little twinges of pain on my left side and the Dr. said thats what it was but I don't know about the pulled muscle feeling. Have you ever experienced this???

everything is just shifting around the make room for your little miracle. i had the same problem. I consulted a naturopath who recommended a product called Tissue Salts (magnesium phosphate), they work as a muscle relaxant. they were fantastic, and relieved such pains immediately, totally safe for pregnancy, they can be bought at health food stores etc. maybe they would work for you... good luck and remember it will all be worth every pain!

It is normal sometimes when your ligaments are stretching it does feel like a pulled muscle.

It's normal. Relax and smile. I experienced with my first one 20+ years ago. Your body is adjusting. Think about even a 7# baby. They need room. You'll be fine. I found that warm baths helped with the pulling sensation.

You're just stretching. My doc told me that sometimes the stretching and muscle spasms can get so painful it brings a pregnant woman to her knees.

Don't panic. It hurts, but you're doing just fine.

When I was pregnant, I had the same issues. It's normal for first time pregnancies because your body never had to stretch like that. It gets better as time goes on.
