The ultrasound shows that i'm 8 wks and 1 day.She said to follow the ultrasound result.Mostly likely When i will be due?Is the ultrsound accurate?

I am trying to find a gift or two.....whats the BEST gift you received when pregnant, or what would you most WANT or NEED during pregnancy? Or whats the nicest thing to give an unborn baby?

13 days past my period from the 9th of this month.. just took preg test today and it was the +=preg -=neg. kind.well i kept starin at the test and i see the pink line across then the one that is supose to go virtacle i seen a white outline ,like there was supose to be there. so i ask my bf to look to see if he seen a pink + sign and he said he sees a plus sign but the line goin up and down is sorta white. so can it still be to early to test after 13 days late?

Has anyone else had there concentration span decrease dramatically since becoming pregnant?

I am 28wks pregnant and i find it really hard to concentrate on work these days. My mind is forever wandering off and i feel like i never get anything done! Besides which my energy has decreased as well and its even harder to motivate myself when i'm so tired!
I'm sure my work-performance (or lack thereof) is going to become noticed sooner or later but i really can't concentrate for long periods of time... which is dramatically different to how hard i worked before i got pregnant!

Has anyone else found that concentrating became harder since being pregnant?

OK I WROTE EARLIER AND IM STILL HAVING THE TINGLING SENSATION IN MY LOWER ABDOMEN AND VAGINA AND ITS NOT THE BABY MOVING AND I WENT INTO PRETERM LABOR A WEEK AGO AND THEY STOPPED IT WITH MAGNISIUM SULFATE AND ALL WEEK I HAVE STILL BEEN CRAMPING LIKE PERIOD CRAMPS AND TONIGHT I HAVE A BURING TINGLING SENSATION IN THE VAGINA SHOULD I WORRY? I'll be 41 weeks in 4 days, this is my second child (my first I had 9 years ago) I'm 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced my due date was 1/19/07. I had my membranes swiped last week, nothing no labor just back pain and some mild cramps. My mucus plug came out Friday night and part of saturday. I feel miserable, my doc said we would discuss being induced if I made it to tomorrow's appointment, so my question to all you is How will this work?? Anyone been in my situation and what was it like step by step. What should I be mentally prepared for??

i.e. with only an attorny and money given to the birth mother for expenses. My husband and I would like to adopt a baby and have $10K to give to the mother and will pay an attorney to do paperwork. We ONLY have the 10K though and adoption agencies will take a HUGE chunk of this leaving very little for the mother... IS this even legal?

So on saturday night i remember touching my boyfriend and he had his boxers on and he didnt ***. but he felt a little wet I think from pre *** and 10 minutes later I had to go to the bathroom to check my discharge and im afraid that I put some sperm in me. The text talks about how they are becoming hip instead of sticky type maxi pads, they fit like a thong, no leaks cause they hold the pad close, etc. They go with thin, new comfy disposable pads. I am asking this to settle a dispute with a much younger friend of mine... she says u can get pregnant from giving a b/j b/c it will go through your system and when it comes out in ur urine it will go up and make you pregnant. I told her that it was completly impossible that that could happen, even if the sperm got through your system in less that 48 hrs (average life span of sperm) it wouldent have the strength to make it to an egg and fertalize it. Who is right? Me or her?

So here we are, for those of you who talked to me friday night, I want everyone to know I went in for my ultrasound today. My bleeding has subsided, however the cramping remains (but I have had cramping throughout my pregnancy.)

The doctor told me I have a Sub Chronic Bleed, but it has scabed over. They put me on bedrest for 4 weeks, then I'll go back for another ultrasound. The baby appears otherwise healthy and growing on schedual. We heard the heartbeat going at a smooth 160 bpm.

So here's my question, although the doctors say my chances of going on with a perfectly healthy, normal pregnancy and baby. But I'm still unsure.

Has anyone else heard of this? Or had this and still had a healthy baby?

Please let me know!

Has anyone's Dr. said there baby was measuring farther along then there dates but was positive on the date they conceived? And If so what was the reason you measured farther along?

Okay i am currently thirty-two weeks pregnant but my sister is roughly five weeks pregnant. She went for her first ob appointment and they did a dating ultrasound. They found the sac but they couldn't find the baby inside the sac. The doctor told her hubby that there are two possibilities, one the baby is hiding in the fluid, or that there is no baby. Has this ever happened to anyone else or someone you know and how did everything turn out? Why would a baby not show up though they did a transvaginal exam too. I thought that these were better since she is so early. But I am tryng to prepare myself for the best and worst cases possible. I had a miscarriage but I was eight weeks along. I just need some feed back on what you think and why this may happen besides a chromosonal deffect or what. I know she does go back for another ultrasound at the end of next week but I just feel like I need more info because my family and I are worried to death about this whole situation. Please Help??!!??!
