Morning sickness does not necessarily mean you get sick in the morning. It varies from woman to woman. Some get sick in the morning, some in afternoon, some at night. Some get sick on and off all day long.
Eat small, bland meals to see if that helps. I had to keep crackers near my bed and eat before I got out of bed or I'd be terribly sick and throwing up nothing but stomach acid. Ouch! If you can get some ginger tea or even ginger ale then that might help. I even ate ginger candy. It worked wonders for me. It is weird because we live in Japan and the ginger ale here tastes more like ginger and is not as sugary as what they packaged in the states. I couldn't drink anything sugary. People would suggest I drink like 7up or Sprite but those made it worse. If the bubbles help then just go with soda water.
If you do a search you'll find preggo pops. They're lollipops for morning sickness and work pretty good.

The technical medical term for MORNING SICKNESS is "nausea and vomiting of pregnancy." For some pregnant women, the symptoms are worst in the morning and ease up over the course of the day, but they can strike at any time and last all day long.
I have noticed that I've been more sick in the mornings and evenings.
Some people say taking a vitamin B6 supplement helps to ease the symptoms. Crackers, ginger-ale with real ginger. There are a lot of things that can be suggested, but I haven't found anything that really works. I chew a lot of spearmint gum, and that sometimes does help.

It's going to keep occuring, no matter what you try to do. It's called morning sickness just as a name... it doesn't limit you to when you will get sick. You can get morning sickness in the morning, afternoon or night. It'll go away soon enough. Don't worry about it. Some women don't get anything at all and others get it almost all the way through their pregnancy.

Just because it is called morning sickness, doesn't mean you only get it in the morning. Each woman and body is different, but a bunch of women seem to be effected in the morning when they first wake up. With my son I was sick from day 1 till the day I delivered. When it stopped being morning sickness, it was heartburn, bad bad heartburn. I took tums for the heartburn, but couldn't find much relief for morning sickness. Crackers, hot tea, and unbelievably, spicy food!! It is almost like the spicy gave me a reverse effect, or something. Hope it gets better soon, and Congrats!!

they just call it morning sickness but it can be at anytime of the day. Never eat and drink together. Keep it at least 15-30 min apart. Eat at least 5 small meals a day. Never ever let your stomache get empty. Eat something as soon as you get up also. Cheerios seemed to work good for me or the old standby saltines. This should be over by month 3 or 4 usually.

moring sickness is really a missnomer. It can happen anytime of the day or night and still be completely normal. Personally, I keep crackers and bottled water next to my bed for the sudden hunger and the morning sickness. Also, my doctor suggested foods containing ginger, ginger ale, ginger bread, ginger tea. You get the idea.

As you may have now gathered from everyone else - morning sickness can occur day or night. I had morning sickness morning, noon and night - not fun! Crackers didn't help me at all - my doctor prescribed medication to help but i refused to take it "just in case" it did something to baby. I found the only thing that helped me was to suck on ice-blocks or ice-cubes. This didn't eliminate it completely but it helped the nausea subside a bit.
Good luck - it'll pass - i hope for your sake it passes very soon! :)

It's just a name for pregnant women who get sick. You can get sick anytime of the day morning or night. But the best thing to help you with it I would have to say salted crackers those helped me get through my first three months of morning sickness.

Morning sickness strikes at all times of the day and night.
When I was pregnant, I used to keep a bottle of liquid Mylanta onthe back of the toilet tank. Whenever I got up, I would just take a swig to keep it all in check.
Good luck. It gets better.

How old are you???
It's called "morning sickness" because many women get it in the morning. But some women get it at night, afternoon or all day.
Eat small amounts of food frequently.
Eat crackers, or bread.
Drink plenty of water.
And get lots of rest.
Good luck.
