Of course, every man thinks the woman pregnant with his own child is beautiful; I mean, in general, sexual/romantic attraction to a woman (perhaps in her third trimester, even) that one may spot in public or at a social event. Is this weird or not?

I am due Oct 3rd but having a C section next week and have a son born july 9 2004 as well. just looking for some moms that I may have something in common with. Im pregnant with my second child and I really want to breast feed this time, but with my first I couldnt because it really grossed me out. Has anyone else felt this way? Any suggestions to get over it?

My wife is about 36 weeks. Is this normal for 36 weeks? He said that the doctors look for that. So does it mean that she has already went through "lightnening" and the baby is already "head down"? And in the right position for birth (not breech). And is that okay or is it too early for this? How long (on average) after the baby has "settled" does it take for labor to begin? Or does it even have anything to do with labor?

I went in for my ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and when the doctor went to see the sex the babys legs were crossed underneith it. He said he really couldnt tell but he said 70% that its a girl. Then the baby uncrossed its legs and the doctor said he could not see anything in between. I really want a girl and i am so afraid that its wrong. What are the odds that the doctor could be wrong?

my stomache is really big and so is my backside and im wanting toilet all time im off my food and my friend says i look pregnent.because im only 8 stone and normaly really skinny but i look so big and wen i had my first child my stomache is the same way and i got a funny feeling i am because teh size of my stomache and backside

What are the reasons? I would prefer if young people answered this question im talking about people under the age of 18. I work at a hospital and not a day goes by that I don't see a 15 or 16 year old girl who comes in for a pregnancy test or she herself is having a baby...she knows what a pregnancy test is yet for some reason birthcontrol never seemed to have crossed her mind. Do people want babies this young? I want honest feedback...Im not trying to be mean to anyone who has children young but what can we do to stop this problem?

My husband and I are going to try for our first baby in January. If I don’t get pregnant right away, then I could possibly get pregnant in March/April which would mean I would have a December baby.

I want a baby and I guess it really doesn’t matter what month the baby is born in. My husband doesn’t want our baby to be born in December because of the holidays. He feels the child would not get to have birthday parties and feel bad about not experiencing a real birthday since the holidays would overshadow it.

Should we just try for a baby anyways every month? Or should we avoid conceiving in March/April?

We have been together for 5 years and I am ready to start our family!

I am almost 32 weeks and have had this pain/numbness/tingling in my left rib cage. The docotot thought it was heartburn and told me to take Zantac 150. I take it morning and night, and for a week now it has done nothing. Could it be that it's really the babys foot in my rib cage, or even on a nerve. Has anyone had this feeling. Its really akward. Almost like I have had an anestetic there. Anyone have some suggestions as to how to ease the pain?

1) I am 32 years old and my Mom had toxemia with me, if I were to get pregnant, am I at risk to get toxemia?

2) I am 4'10" and weigh a little over 145 pounds. What is a good weight to get down to before I start trying to get pregnant?

3) My fiancee' is 31 and is 5'10" as I said above I am 4'10" and 32 and I just read that you can have problems if you are small and the baby's father is bigger. Is this true and what kind of problems?

4) How possible is it for me to have twins at my age of 32 - (actually probably more like 33 or 34 at time of pregnancy, and the father's Mom is a twin too, an identical twin). I was just curious. :)

I am 38 weeks +5days pregnant - almost 40! I had false labor for 6 hours friday with no progress... sent home :(
Anyway, I've already lost my plug (a week ago) and have had quite a bit l 'bloody show' mucus. Today I had my weekly appointment & this time I am almost 70% effaced (last week i was zero) and 2cm dilated, so he stripped my membranes (how unpleasant is that!) Has anyone had this done & if so, how what was the outcome ... how long after did labor begin? Thanks!

i think my period is coming irregular this month or somthing. i had my last period on the 6th of august and me and my husband were trying to conceive since the Aug. 18. i didnt get my period yet. today is sept. 18 and both my boobs have been hurting including my left boob nipple starting yesterday. also, yesterday the enitre day i felt very dehydrated like i couldnt get enough water and today i feel fine. i had a very small cramping this morning but it went away. i feel more exhausted thatn usual. i took a pregnancy test early this morning and it said " not pregnant" i still feel like i am. i have a doctor appointment in two weeks. My boobs has never hurt like this when i had my period,yesterday the right nipple hurt and now today the left nipple hurts a little but both of my breat still hurts a little. anyone has any close experiences?

on friday i went to the dr and was 2 cm 50%. all weekend i was having cramps, contractions, i was natious, i had loose bowel movements, some were very watery, and every time i walked i would have sharp shooting pains in my vagina...im just wondering how normal all this is and if it is any kind of indication of some realistic timeframe i am looking at now. i am 37 weeks and measuring big...i am scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow to get an idea how big he is. if these new symptoms are an indication of labor coming soon is there anything effective i can do to move it along a little faster...and if its not any sort of indication is there anything i can do to alleviate some of the more uncomfortable symptoms such as the shooting pain and the feeling like i am going to throw up all the time??

Im 21 years old and have had three children ages 5,4 and 3 months by the same father. I had a complicated pregnancy with my last one. I bled alot in the first couple of months while i was pregnant and my acid reflux disease is soo bad that sometimes i can hardley breathe. I Suffer from Anxiety and my hands are already full with the children i have. I think i might be pregnant again and my body literally cannot handle another pregnancy. Yet i can only be a couple weeks along and i do not have the money to pay for an abortion. I know its my fault and what causes it, im stupid for not being more careful.. What can i do??? Im soo confused and lost right now. Please help me. I will not feel offended by anyones answers.
