I got off my period 4 days ago. And I have been taking my birthcontroll pills everyday. Almost at the same time. Me and my husband had unprotected sex last night(27th). I started to spot right before we did. It wasn't a period spotting though. It looked like my period was finishing up. But I still worry. We can't afford another kid right now. Could I be pregnant? It's to early to take a test.

I find these stories incredible -for instance that a woman complains of indigestion one minute, and the next she's given birth to triplets without even realising she'd been incubating them for nine months! Or going to the toilet and giving birth unexpectedly in the toilet bowl! How is this possible? I'm now scared that it could happen to me at any moment, not sure if it's a baby kicking or last night's re-fried beans repeating on me!

We have only just realised and it appears she's almost 6 weeks.
Within these 6 weeks she's had an x ray, been on anti biotics and has had a few drinks.
Will everything be ok????

I am 35 weeks pregnant and experiencing severe heart burns. I tried soda water and it help me digest my food, specially at night. But I fear that it may not be recommended for pregnant women. Can I continue drinking it or should I stop right away ? ( I am already a medicine for the heart burn, gaviscon, but it has little effect on me)

we married in the uk last year she is on a 2 year spouse visa and next year she will get permanent status, we want to have the baby in south africa but fly backhere afterwards. i am worried as to what paper work i need to reslove before hand. ie. baby registrtion in south africa, passport, coming back to the uk, does the baby need a visa, if so what type? how long will it take when can i apply cost etc...

When a baby Drops in the 3rd trimester is it something that he decides? like "hey Im gonna flip over and stick my head in your pelvis for a few weeks" or is it my body that decides its time to move you down and get ready?

My babys movements are sporatic all the time.. it feels like hes everywhere kicking and almost like spazzing out.. is he moving that fast or what?

Well I started Monday the 25th. I guess I was just stressed. I didn't feel like I was stressed, I have been stressed. Anyway I had just stopped going to the gym so maybe that had something to with it.Some body asked me to let you know so If I was I am not but, that okay I would have loved to have had another child.

I am sixteen weeks pregnant. I know I have awhile to go before labor but I am really terrified of it...Is it normal to have some serious anxiety over labor? I mean I am not even that sure what scares me so bad...if its just not knowing or what..I know its gonna hurt and all and I dont really think thats what it is but I dunno.. is it normal to be real scared about it? Is it normal to get hot flashes while you are pregnant?

I will wear layers of clothing and strip down (not literally, hahah) when I get hot, but it happens constantly. And it's been so cold out lately, I couldn't even imagine dealing with it in the summer.

My bad cold has now moved into my chest. I've been coughing all night, and coughing leads to me throwing up any food that I have actually been able to keep down. I'm 11 weeks pregnant, and my doctor said that I can take Benedryl but can't take a cough suppressant. Does anyone know what I can do tonight to help with my cough and help me sleep. I'm a teacher and my first observation of the year is first thing tomorrow morning and I want it to be a positive observation.

I am late for my period this month. The last time I had intercourse was on August 6th (with a condom) and I have had two totally normal periods since. I just recently moved across the country, and am under a great deal of stress. I am also very underweight, but have been for a long time. I chart my fertile times as a birth control back up, and I am now noticing the egg white cervical fluid that comes with ovulation. Is it likely I am ovulating late, or does this sound like pregnancy? I have no additional symptoms. Also, I have a doctor visit next week, but I am freaking out. Please help

I've been taking Cefuroxime for about 2 days for UTI when my husband & I had sexual contact (once only). And it's my fertile week. I'm just a little bit worried that if ever I get pregnant, there will be an effect on my baby. Will i still continue taking it for my UTI or should i change it to Cefalexin 500 mg, 3x a day for another 7 days? Thanks so much

we have unprotected sex and we only use the pull out method she took a pregnancy test 4 days before her expected period and it was negative.. she continued the spotting for about a week and it was light brownish in color with cramping. She is now 2 days late with her period what are the chances of her being pregnant?? We were also sexually active throughout this month. please respong i cannot sleep with theese thoughts on my mind, i nees some kind of answer on what we should do next. she is 17 and im 20 and shes been menstrating since she was 12 but is not always regular... but has never experienced spotting like this before.

I am pregnant with my second child and I am trying to decide whether I want pain killers this time around or not. With my first, they had to induce me (they say labor pains are worse when they induce) with Pitocin, then they gave me Demerol and then an Epidural and I could still feel the peaks of the contractions. This time around, I'm kinda curious about what a natural birth feels like. Any stories from mom's who have experienced both types of births? Which did you prefer? Any major difference, aside from pain?

I heard that with a "natural" birth, you feel a kind of euphoria once the baby passes through the birth canal. Is this true?

since my last period i began spooting and it was a light brown in color this took place for about a week beganning on 9/19. i took a hpt on 9/24 but it was negative...it is now 9/30 and still no period... is there any chance i might be pregnant... please tell me what u think of all of this

im am a young teen, first time father, my girlfriend sprung this pregnancy on me and i got freaked out... i have thought it through and i dont no when it happened, i ALWAYS use a condom, she showed me the HPT and its deffinately a positive, but the growing consern is i dont think its mine, but she doesnt sleep around, niether to i, we are both honest people, i need held and advice (any additional info will be givin on request)

well we were partying and we stayed up late and one thing lead to another and we did the nasty and now she is probably preg. b/c i for sure didnt use a condom not by choice but we were drunk and just forgot and now i guess im paying for my mistake and her family hates us and we have no idea what to do?
