Pregnancy - June 2006

I was due yesterday. I was 3cm dilated, all the way thinned out, and his head is completely dropped. My doctor said I am ready to go and should have this baby within the next 48 hours... which would be by tomorrow at five. She stripped my membranes hoping it would help, and she told me I would have some spotting. I didnt for three hours yesterday then I started to have brown chunks show up in my underwear.... it wasnt too much. Then right now I went for a 30 minute walk hoping to get things started and when I came home to go the bathroom there was a lot in my underwear and big chunks in the toilet. Do you think its just spotting from yesterday or something else?

I am 37 1/2 weeks pregnant and dialated 2 cm 80% effaced, the dr says that my baby is already 8lbs or larger I really don't know how much more of this I can take so how long do you think it will be before i go into labor from experience..

If I'm 11 1/2wks pregnant would I know it if I were to have a miscarriage? I here some women saying they had a miscarriage and didn't have any symptoms for a week or two........would you at least lose your pregnancy symptoms? So how do you know if you've miscarried????? 1st pregnancy....not a stupid girl though!!!!!

Just found out I'm pregnant (8 weeks and two days today) must have gotten pregnant last two weeks of April and took the plan B pill May 19th. How can this affect the pregnancy/ baby and should I take the chance in having baby or not due to possible birth effects?
