Generally a woman's milk "drops" after her birth, triggered by biological changes of both giving birth and interacting with the baby. Before birth colostrum may leak from the breasts, colostrum is a sort of "super milk" that also contains many of the mother's natural immunity factors that pass to the baby upon the first few feedings.

You can have colostrum (first milk type substance) leak from your boobs during pregnancy. This is completely normal. If it is bothersome, you can go into the baby department and get some disposable or re-usable breastpads to put in your bra so it doesn't leak onto your shirt. Avoid letting your nipples be stimulated to keep the leaking to a minimum, this would include letting the shower run on your boobs.

Not usually...sometimes maybe if a woman is having a second baby she gets her milk early. But, usually with the first, the milk comes in a few days after giving birth. Before that the baby drinks nutrients called Colostrum (spelling?) before the milk comes in. It is very good for the baby and helps him or her build his immune system.

I had colostrum (a clear liquid) come out of my breasts during my pregnancy...and obviously colostrum & milk after my daughter was born.
Colostrum has all the nutritional benefits as milk. Its ust what comes before the actual milk

when your pregnant you leak whats called Colostrum it is actually produced in the breast from about 16 weeks and is a thick, creamy or yellow substance. But you don't actully start producing breast milk until several days after birth

Yes, it is totally normal to lactate during the pregnancy also. It is almost better when you start before the baby is born if you are planning on breast feeding. Just try to not to squeeze them all the time because they'll get really tender. Also, they sell pads to place in your bra if you are leaking through to your shirt.
