I was due yesterday. I was 3cm dilated, all the way thinned out, and his head is completely dropped. My doctor said I am ready to go and should have this baby within the next 48 hours... which would be by tomorrow at five. She stripped my membranes hoping it would help, and she told me I would have some spotting. I didnt for three hours yesterday then I started to have brown chunks show up in my underwear.... it wasnt too much. Then right now I went for a 30 minute walk hoping to get things started and when I came home to go the bathroom there was a lot in my underwear and big chunks in the toilet. Do you think its just spotting from yesterday or something else?

There is clear liquid also in my underwear. So wasnt sure if my water is leaking either. There is no like white discharge or anything, just clear.

i would go in tonight!!! you can be in labor and dilate with no pain... you also can dilate from 3 to 10 in the matter of hours!!! if you are at 3 now, then why did the doctor even let you come home??? just to be on the safe side go in NOW....

If the baby's head is in place and your walking around and she stripped your membranes, it's probably from all of that combined together. Just make sure you're not having too many cramps and that you monitor the situation. If you start to bleed or anything, you may need to get to the hospital. Good luck!

how dumb are you? ur in labor and see odd things coming out of u. go to ur doctor as soon as u get this becuz something could be going wrong(better safe than sorry)

They did the samething to me and I had the samething happen to me. Usually they worry more about bright red blood.

sounds like you on your way call the doctor anr tslk to him/her it may be time to head for the hospital

IT PROBABLY IS BUT TRUST ME YOU WILL KNOW WHEN YOU ARE IN LABOR AND WHEN YOUR WATER BREAKS IN WILL CLEAR OR PINK BUT NOT BROWN GOOD LUCK
