It's normal to feel full after eating only a little bit. I went through that too when I was pregnant. If you try eating too much...believe me you won't like the results. This happens because your baby's in your belly and so your organs are a little squished...same with your bladder. What you should try to do is eat smaller meals with snacks in between. Eat proteins such as almonds, cheese squares, etc. It'll help you. However, if you have other symptoms, extreme cases of nausea, cramps, etc, you may want to go see your doctor. Also go see him / her if this is accompanied by headaches or dizziness, they may be able to give you better advice.

it is very normal. I know I would be soooo hungry and order alot of food, and then be so disappointed I could only eat a little i would just get full so fast! My doctor told me to start eating smaller meals, but eat about 7 times a day, and today after my youngest is 4 , I still kind of carry the same eating habit. It is actually healthier. Good luck and God bless.

Ok, get ready for it. You're body is going to act like it's someone else's! lol ... certain foods you loved before will make you vomit ... and you'll crave things you never thought you'd put in your mouth. Just about anything is normal when you're pregnant. Just watch your weight gain and loss. You don't want to lose, duh, but gaining too much isn't great either.

When I was pregnant, I got full and out of breath after eating just a little . So I just ate light ALL DAY LONG. Just listen to your body, and take care of yourself and that little bundle of miracle. It'll be ok! Good luck and congrats!

My sister is 7 months pregnant and she eats like a bird she barely eats any thing and she feels full. Before she was pregnant she would eat you out of house and home and she is normal weight and has only gained 15lbs so far, and her doctors says it is completly normal. Go see your doctor to be sure cuz everyone is diffrent good luck and congrat's.

Yes, that's normal. Your stomach has less room to stretch as the baby grows.

Congratulations!

yeah its normal the farther along you get the less room you have in your stomach for food because that and all your intestines are being pushed up into your chest
