I just posted a question asking people to help me choose a middle name or additional middle name, and instead of doing that about half of them just insulted the name that I had chosen to be the baby's first name. Why can't people pay attention to the question? I wasn't asking if they liked the name that I had chosen, only to provide me with names that worked with it. People are so weird.

I really like the name Ash for a first name, but the only other name that the father and I agree on is Roland. With the last name being Saini, I don't want his initial to be ARS. There is also the option of adding another middle name. We like names that aren't super common, but that people will recognize when they see it. thanks in advance

Her first name needs to have at least Je, Ja in the begining. Her dad's name middle name is Jerome and this is what he likes to be called so he wants her name to be somewhat like his.
It's so hard to come up with something with this combination.
I have tried changing the spelling of a few other names but nothing sounds right.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Based on the date/time of the birth of my son, we are looking for hindu names starting with the sound: "Gaa" (as in Gandhi), "Gee" (as in Geetha), "Goo" (as in Guru) or "Gay" (closest I can think of is Gyan).

I have tried google (hey that is a match too!), but not finding good names. We don't want names that are too long / traditional (Ganesh, Gajendra, Gurudutt etc..), or well, too new (Garonman!).

Help please!

Please no jokes on "Gay". I'm not looking for name that start with those three letters, but the starting sound can be "Gay".

I understand if you are naming your baby after a relative. Obviously, that makes total sense! However, if you just like the name Jacob or Madison, which have been top used names for a few years now, why would you use it? I am not saying to be weird or anything, but why would you want to be so common and overused? To each her own, and it's your baby to name, I was just wondering why you would name your baby a name that soooooo many other baby's have.
