I want to name my little girl something that can be made into the nickname Andie. Andrea is a no-no, any ideas? FYI- last name is Wine :) Thanks!

I agree you can just use Andie with a feminine middle name....
Back in the day, we'd have named her Dandelion Wine and called her Andie...
Can you use Adrian or Andre or Adrianna or Adrienne ?
Andresa is Spanish for Andrea.
Or, a first name beginning withan A & a second name beginning with D
...such as Anne Dea (Latin for Goddess)
............Anne Didi (Hebrew for Beloved)
or Adelle ?? there are endless nice D names.

I think just Andie is cute. It is not spelled Andy as a boys name so I think it works. Anndella maybe? I like just Andie Wine! Best of Luck!

Brandie( Take off the B-R) or Randie (take off the R) And Andie is a cute name, & I really cant think of a name other than Andrea,Brandie, Or Randie. But you could but Andie on it's own wich would be very cute!

Andie is really cute for a name. I know a girl named Andrea who likes to be called Andy, but if its a no-no, then "Andie" should do just fine. Its sophisticated, yet cute and young.

I'm not really up for the name "Andie", and this why. My cousin, his girlfriend's name is Randi, and no offense or anything, but she is a real s.lut. How about Erika, and then you can call her Riki or something like that? I don't know, I just don't like the name Andie.

You can make Leandra into Andie. I think it's a pretty name.
