My daughter friend is 14 and she snuck out of the house and was out past 1:00 AM in a car with 3 older teenage boys. She covered pillows on her bed so it looked like someone was in the bed. Her mom keeps asking myself and my husband for advice because our 14 year old daughter is well behaved. I told them our daughter would be seeing anyone or talking to anyone or visiting anyone or watching TV or playing on the internet for at LEAST a month. I feel what that girl did was serious. She endangered her own life. But her parents think it is harsh. What do you think?

My son hits my wife, and I need to fix this before it gets worse. He doesnt do it to me, but then again im not around him all day while working. It might have something to do with a 3.5 year old neice that she babysits, but i need to discover the best way to teach a 2y.o. to not hit, and i surely dont want to spank him for hitting, thats the wrong message. I havnt been spanked since i was about 10 yrs old. Lately ive been getting into some trouble at school. its cus the teachers r all stupid. Anyway, I kept getting DT and in school suspensions cus Ive been getting in word fights with teachers, but thats because i dont take crap from people. Anyways my mom and dad keep grounding me and stuff. They said obviusly grounding wasnt working so if i keep it up there are gonna be more serious conseqenses. I know wen I was younger that ment a spanking but i didnt think they ment that. Anyways, I got into it with a teacher on fri cus she was rude to me and i called her some stuff i shouldnt have but she deserved, and i got suspended, only this time out of school. My dad spanked me, over my pants just with his hand but still it hurt and its embarasing! and im grounded all damn week that im suspended. School said next time i fight ill be expelled and my dad said i BETTER not.

ok in math I am worried I will get a C on my report card. If I tell that to my mom I won't hear the end of it. She will be all, " You haven't been trying at all you have been goofing off worrying about the latest fashions and designers." But I take my time whenever I do something for a grade. I mean whenever we practice it at school or home I get everything right. I am so stressed like one minute I won't be even be thinking abot it and then I am thinking about it and it makes me feel so depressed that I don't even want to go to school or get up in the morning. I haven't had a good spring break because I couldnt go anywhere because Natchez is sooooooooooooooooooooooo boring. I couldn't go anywhere because 1) My mom wasn't feeling good for like about 2 or 3 days. 2) My dad decided he would open for lunch and my mom had to help. and 3) because my mom is always tired.
I am worried I won't get into college if I get a C. btw I am in 6th grade.

Hi! I'm 15 and I was wondering about what time should my curfew be in the summer?? I wan't to approch my mom about a curfew, but I'm not exactly sure what time is a normal time. I have a cell phone, I have street smarts, and most of the time I am either at my friends house [about 10 miles away from my house] or at the movies. I am mature for my age most of the time. So, I have this ex boyfriend. His name is Josh. Well, Josh always get's in to trouble. I try to help him with the problems he has but when I do try, he pushes me away. He has been through alot. His mom died 5 years ago, his best friend died almost 2 years ago. I think that he thinks if he get's too close to people, that they might turn on him or die [he is about to turn 17, im 15]. We have been going out on and off for 4 1/2 years. I feel like completly giving up, but he keeps promising me he is going to change. How can I get him to trust me to help him?? Any advice?? Thanks
