You have a long way to go. As your boy grows his penis will grow also. You have probably already noticed that when you wash his penis he becomes erect. Before adolescence he will find that this causes pleasure and will play with it often. This release often occurs spontaneously resulting in stained bedclothes and underwear. Be sure not to get on him or scold him as this is a natural part of growing up but he should be responsible for cleaning up his own messes.
