I'm about 5 foot 1 or 5 foot 2! and weigh about 105-110 and i really want to know! so please give me an honest answer so i can really know or not. please help

i've been gaining weight and fat around my stomach, i just started getting breasts (beginning of 7th grade,i'm going into 8th grade now) is it becuase i'm starting to get my period and going through puberty and stuff? if i exercise more after my peroiod, will the fat go away?

my daughter is 11
shes weighs about 88 lbs
she is going to be in 6th grade in august school year
she wears a size 12-14 slim in girls
she is small on the top but has medium thighs and a big butt
she likes to eat and snack alot sometimes
she looks good in a bikini
her boobs are growing but are small
she says she want s to go back down to a size 10 and 70lbs
shes gained about 10 lbs
SHE DOESNT NOT HAVE A PERID ...YET THE DOCTOR SAID ABOUT A YEAR
how can i delay her period and get her weight down so she will feel COMPETLY content
and is this weight thing average or is she on theverge of getting fat

ok,they say that wearing a bra to sleep while they're still growing helps them to not sag.
is it true?

they also say that if u wear a bra to sleep it'll stump ur growth in that area.is that true?

so should i wear a bra to sleep or not...i dont want them to sag but i dont want them to not grow.

my contacts got stuck last night and i tried to get them out again this morning and my eye doctors office is closed cant reach him. they are one a day any suggestions on how to get them out?they are stuck up by my eye lids wont come down and my eyes are getting really red PLEASE HELP!!! i have tried putting solution in for now since 9:00 this morning do i need to go to ER or hospital?

I'm 13, & my uncle molested me when i was 4 till 8. My uncle is not much older than me. He's now 20. So when he was molesting me, he was 11 and i was 4. For those 4 years he molested me when ever he could. At first i wouldn't resit, but as i got older i thought we might get caught and refused to do anything.
