Depends on the State you live in but I believe for most girls the age of consent for the pill is 16

no you just need the money to buy the pills and support the baby when they fail nothing is fool proof and i have gotten pregnant every time except currently while using b/c so has 2 friends of mine condoms break too but cheaper and with nox 9 u have a better chance of not getting pregnant than with just the pill
